Ponders End High Street Regeneration Scheme Project Manager
Salary: £35,016 - £40,716
Location: North London
Enfield has ambitious plans for Regeneration, which focus on growth and sustainability for some of Enfield’s most deprived neighbourhoods. You will be leading development of this high profile Regeneration Scheme, which forms part of the Mayor’s Outer London Fund (Round 2) for North East Enfield. Using your experience of delivering complex regeneration projects you will be responsible for developing a land assembly strategy, which will include relocation of existing businesses, and developing the case for compulsory purchase where required.
You will also lead on the procurement of a delivery partner and the development of a scheme that meets the Council’s regeneration requirements, maximising value and ensuring quality standards are embedded at every stage of the project.
You will need experience of co-ordinating projects that involve consultants, the community, Council officers, partners and developers. Your excellent communication skills will be essential to promote the scheme to a variety of internal and external stakeholders, including members of the community, businesses, developers, Council Officers and Members.
