Senior Planner/Planner
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 plus Company car/allowance, Pension Scheme, share based SAYE and a range of service related benefits including bonus scheme and private healthcare.

As part of our Land and Planning team, you’ll manage the planning of existing strategic land interests and be able to identify and secure potential forward land sites that will achieve planning permission and contribute to our future output targets. You will have a strong track record of negotiating options and contracts with landowners and managing sites through the planning process to obtain the appropriate Planning Consents.
We are seeking a dynamic individual with a proven history to take on this demanding but rewarding role. As a professional with experience and knowledge of the North West/North Wales territory, you will play an active role in the future progress and growth of our business, maintaining a high profile with external property contacts, local authorities, agents and land owners.
