Beach Baker have been instructed to recruit for an Planner at an Associate / Principal level to join a local West Yorkshire based consultancy. This role offers the opportunity to work with a very strong client base across the public and private sectors.
In terms of projects, you will be working on a mix of residential and mixed-use work. You will be dealing with large and often complex schemes, handling the applications, site promotion through the LDF process and strategic advice. You will need to be MRTPI qualified, you will already be at a Senior level pushing Associate / Principal, and have strong consultancy experience and ideally have some experience of the Leeds market.
