To manage the work of the Development Management Team providing an efficient customer-centred service for the delivery of all services relating to discharge of the regulatory functions of the planning acts. This includes the historic environment, enforcement and tree preservation matters, as part of an integrated service that is focused on ensuring that South Tyneside is and remains a great place to live.
