Regeneration Programme Manager

Barnet Council is the fastest growing outer London borough with a very ambitious regeneration programme which will deliver 28,000 new homes by 2026 and over 22,000 new jobs. Following a review of Barnet's regeneration programme, a new team has been established to drive forward delivery of the boroughs major regeneration projects. We are looking for an experienced individual to fill a key role within the Regeneration Service. Supporting the Head of Regeneration, the Regeneration Programme Manager will lead on the programme management aspects of these projects, including financial and budget management, staff resources, programme reporting and monitoring, management of governance processes.

The post will also oversee development and delivery of cross cutting initiatives fundamental to delivery such as the decant strategy as well as the interfaces between projects and programmes.

You will be educated to degree level with a project management qualification Prince 2 or equivalent, and have a significant track record in the project and programme management of complex and long term initiatives.
