Our client is eagerly seeking a Retail specialist Planner who has a good understanding of development control as well as quantatative and qualatative analysis. You will ideally have 4 - 6 yrs post RTPI membership experience,and be in volved in conducting research and site appraisals for the team across retail, leisure and commercial instructions. Ideally candidates will have a private sector background in retail and a knowledge of London projects would also be desirable.
