My client is in the fortunate position to be able to expand on their current development control expertise. They are looking for a professional planner with experience in local authority who has also worked within planning enforcement previously. They are located to cover a varied area which presents unique challenges and as such, the most suitable candidate will be able to demonstrate a flexible approach to their work load with an adaptable skill-base.
The contract has the potential to be extended so would suit someone out of contract currently but who would be interested in a longer-term commitment in the right circumstances.
