· The purpose of this post is to provide regeneration delivery, economic development and administrative support for the planning & delivery of projects and services with the additional capacity to lead on small projects. Providing a property enquiry service where appropriate, tracking projects, budget management, project and service co-ordination. Deputising for senior managers and procurement of relevant services, consultants and contractors, being able to negotiate the Council’s procurement rules and systems, funding obligations and ensuring compliance.
· The post holder will contribute to and sometimes lead on preparing claims to funders, and may project manage minor projects within the portfolio.
