An outstanding opportunity has arisen with one of Londons most architecturally diverse borough councils for a Planning Enforcement Officer.
You will be assigned to a diverse Enforcement caseload consisting of unauthorised residential development, alterations to listed buildings, S215 untidy land, outbuildings and illegal signage etc.
Additional duties also encompass investigating breaches in planning legislation, coordinating site visits, drafting witness statements, serving enforcement notices and appeals etc.
Successful candidates will have acquired practical experience as a Planning Enforcement Officer at UK local authority.
