Bellway plc is one of the largest and most successful housebuilders in the UK. Following a sustained strategy of new land acquisition, we are now looking to further strengthen our land teams.
We are looking to appoint pro-active and professional town planners to fulfil the role of Planning Managers. The successful candidates will play an important role advising the land teams on all aspects of planning policy and development control.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing day to day planning advice primarily on residential schemes but also mixed use developments.
• Identification and acquisition of strategic land and managing our existing land portfolio, managing consultancy teams and budgets.
• Preparation and submission of Planning Applications.
• Preparing Planning Reports on land to be acquired by the Division.
Candidates
Applicants for these positions must have a minimum of 5 years professional experience and should be qualified to RTPI or RICS (P&D).
