GRADUATE PLANNER(S) – Salary Negotiable.

Gladman is a leading strategic housing land promoter with a focus on the early delivery of residential sites. These are progressed through the planning system after being identified through detailed settlement analysis and housing delivery research.

As a graduate Town Planner you will have the skills and ability to research opportunities throughout the UK with a particular emphasis on the north-west, midlands and Yorkshire.

It is expected that the successful candidate(s) will be able to work in a team environment and be able to adapt and communicate their research to different audiences.

This role is ideally suited to persons with good commercial awareness looking to develop their careers in a growing commercial property and development company.
