An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Senior Planner with one of London's most prestigious consultancy's.
You will play a pivotal role developing new business, preparing / submitting planning applications in conjunction with conducting site appraisals for retail, commercial and leisure schemes.
Additional duties also encompass draft and submission of development / project briefs, written policy representations, design access statements in conjunction with coordinating appeals and public inquiries when necessary.
Successful candidates will be RTPI accredited with a private sector background in consultancy, knowledge of retail impact assessments and sequential testing preferred but not essential.
