We are currently looking to recruit Development Control/Enabling officer to work for a Local Authoirty in Gloucester.
The successful applicant will be dealing with a number of householder applications and schemes, with up to 10 houses per scheme. There may also be the opportunity to assist on a varied caseload as appropriate in line with applications received into the authority. To be considered you must have experience of using the "Uniform" sofware package.
Previous experience with representing at committee and handling planning appeals would be desirable for the post. MRTPI Membership would be desirable for the role but not essential.
