Job: Senior Planner, Beach Baker Property Recruitment

Fantastic opportunities have arisen for Senior Planners in London. I am currently recruiting for four separate clients at this level.

There is an opportunity to join a leading multi-disciplinary property consultancy with a range of professional service in both residential and commercial property. The company have an excellent reputation in the market with their major clients from both the private and public sectors including developers, landowners, investors and occupiers, RDA’s and local authorities. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of interesting redevelopment and regeneration schemes and there is excellent scope for progression with this company.

There is also an opportunity to join a reputable planning, regeneration and development consultancy. The company’s work spans across both the residential and commercial sectors of planning and they have particular expertise in retail, sustainability, EIA’s and large scale projects. They have an established client base and a good pipeline of work that you will help to build and develop.

Another opportunity has arisen in the London office of one of the UK’s top property companies who also have offices throughout the UK. The company offer a multi-disciplinary service to UK and International clients both in the public and private sector. The planning team specialise in residential, mixed-use, retail and leisure and have an impressive track record of exciting projects.

Additionally there is an opportunity with another leading national, multi-disciplinary property consultancy who provide advice to both public and private sector clients; many of whom hold some of the largest property portfolios in the country. This company have an excellent reputation in the market with the majority of their work coming from referrals and recommendations. There is excellent scope for progression with this company and they have a low staff turnover reflecting the quality of support given to all staff throughout their career with the company.

For all positions, you will ideally be MRTPI qualified and have relevant post qualified experience either from the private or public sector. You should be able to demonstrate your ability to win and retain new business as well as have excellent report writing and presentation skills. You should be confident in client facing situations, professional and a team player with the self motivation to work alone if required. You should be confident in your ability and have the drive and ambition to succeed.
