My client based in Kent is urgently looking for a planning enforcement officer. To manage the Councils’ Planning Enforcement function; implement new procedures to meet targets; respond to complainants and members. The role will entail Overseeing and co-ordinating town planning enforcement action, Ensuring that PDI’s within the Pollution and Enforcement Teams are carried out. Responding in writing to complainants and members and preparing progress reports for the Director and Chief Executive on particular cases. Supporting officers responding to planning appeals.
