Job: Principal/ Associate Planner, BBT

If your a Senior Planner with ambition, drive and excel in a goal driven environment then this is the opportunity for you. You wil ideally have a highly level of commercial awareness and looking at taking your career to Principal/ Associate level. If you have a proven track record in business development and eagerness to develop new business an attractive remuneration package along side a competative slary of up to £50,000. This will also include an excellent car allowance along side private heath care and a non-contributionary company pension scheme.

The successful candidate will also have experience in general practice aspects of town planning gained preferably in the private sector and be:

Able to demonstrate excellent communication, written and analytical skills. The ability to manage a demanding and stimulating workload and work with our key clients with little input from directors to generate your own business.

You will also have experience in general development planning, with experience of co-ordinating multi disciplinary teams on large projects.

You will also have experience with strategic policy planning issues based on the current LDF system. You will offer day to day support to more junior members of staff and will have managerial experience with major projects.

The ideal candidate for this role will be for professionals with a good level of consultancy experience. Alternatively, I would also be interested to hear from public sector planners who feel they would be able to work and meet the demands within a commercial market and develop quickly within a consultancy environment. Moreover, you will also have experience with managing a team and other planning professionals to meeting targets.
