TEAM LEADER (Development Management)

Salary: Grade 14 £42,792 - £44,514 pa incl.

You will be a dynamic, forward-thinking team leader whois looking for the opportunity to make a real differenceand a positive impact on customer service.

PRINCIPAL PLANNING/CONSERVATION/ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS

Salary: Grade 12 £37,683 - £39,375 pa incl.

You will be an ambitious, professionally qualified plannerwith a particular flair and enthusiasm for DevelopmentManagement, looking for the opportunity to developyour management skills.

PLANNING OFFICERS

Salary: Grade 9 £29,427 - £30,744 pa incl.

Ref: RH26

We are looking for experienced planners for ourDevelopment Management teams. These posts offerexcellent opportunities to further your career in planningand gain valuable experience in wide-ranging projects.

ENFORCEMENT OFFICER

Salary: Grade 9 £29,427 - £30,744 pa incl.

Ref: RH27

Working within planning services, you will be involved withthe examination, processing and evaluation of unauthorisedworks. You will be expected to carry out site inspectionsinto alleged breaches of planning legislation and collectand collate evidence for prosecution.
