You will be joining a progressive team with a wide range of client interests and will be the focal point of the provision of specialist services to the public sector, managing existing internal and external clients and developing new clients. Role - Ensuring that the work of the property planning and development group is prepared to a high standard - Represent the planning and development unit - Represent the team in internal and external meetings - Preparing fee estimates for consideration - PRoviding commercial planning advice to clients - Providing guidance on planning matters - Prepare business plans Requirements - MRTPI - Project and management experience - Ability to manage complex and high profile projects - Budget management experience
