Town Centre and Residential work.Key Projects:- 50 storey tower in Docklands- Quay House- Burgess Hill- 2 landowners- developing adjacent shopping schemes- Portis head Town centre- Industrial developments- circa 250,000 sq ft- Retained clients for data centre- Chelsea Bridge Wharf- £50m+- Wolseley Uk – HQs Leamington Spa- £40m+- Battersea Park Road- £40m +- Gillette Corner, Isleworth £30m+- Reading Civic HQs £50m+- Hedge End, North Southampton- Downlands Retail Park, Worthing – 22,000 sq ft- Guildford Civic and Audiorium £20m- Swindon School Redevelopment £20m- Catford Town Centre redevelopment- Honeypot Lane, Stanmore-800 resi units and business centre- Solstice Park- Grafton Gate- Alexander Hotel, Guildford 180bed MRTPI or working towards- Commercial acumen- Relationships in the private sector- Demonstrable DC experience- Team Player
