This North-Central London borough is looking for a Planning Enforcement Officer on a long-term contract.

As an experienced planning enforcement officer your main responsibilities will be to investigate contraventions and undertake the whole range of enforcement activities. You will be undertaking a wide range of enforcement activities such as providing technical advice to customers in a quick, accurate and courteous manner to help safeguard and built the local natural environment as well as initiating enforcement programmes of a pro-active nature to contribute to local planning projects. Also you will be required to prepare reports including committee reports, recommending action in respect of Planning Act contraventions.

To be a successful Enforcement Planner you will need to be able to complete work/projects on time inline with the agreed work programme whilst co-operating with other team members on projects and sharing ideas/information.
