Turvey promoted at Planning Potential

Katie Turvey Planning PotentialPlanning consultancy Planning Potential has promoted Katie Turvey to associate director in its London office.

Turvey joined the consultancy in 2008 as a senior planner before becoming an associate in 2011.

Her new role will involve a greater involvement in the running of the business and bringing in new business.

Chartered planner Turvey started her career as a planning assistant at Slough Borough Council in the planning policy section.

She then moved to consultancy Farrell Bass Pritchard before it merged with Leicester planning law firm Marrons Planning.

From there, she joined Planning Potential.

She has a master’s degree in town planning from the University of Westminster after getting a bachelor’s degree in geography from Swansea University.

Planning Potential has also appointed three new planning assistants – Jake Geczy and Ann McCormick in the London office and Marsha Badon in Bristol.
