SteveBellPlanning consultancy Turley is expanding its northern planning team at its offices in Manchester and Leeds, to support continued growth in its business and to help develop new market opportunities.

The firm’s northern planning team is part of a multi-service offer which includes design, engagement, economics, sustainability and heritage services.

Turley said that it is seeking to recruit at all levels within the planning team from assistant planner through to director for the two offices and that the roles can be shaped around skills and experience.

The firm said that the team is growing in response to new projects from clients across various sectors including residential, mixed-use developments, commercial and leisure.

The employee-owned company said that it values co-owner diversity and flexible working arrangements.

Turley’s head of northern planning Stephen Bell (pictured above) said: “It is an exciting time for the north, with lots of development activity, particularly within and around our core cities. We’re looking for new additions who share our appetite and passion for the north and want to make a real difference.”
