Tower Hamlets appoints new EIA officer

Clare Richmond has been appointed environmental impact assessment (EIA) officer in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets' development management team.
Richmond joins from the Planning Inspectorate, where she was an EIA and land rights adviser.
