Consultancy Tetlow King Planning has recruited a new planning assistant as part of an expansion to tackle growing demand from affordable and other forms of housing.

Llinos Hallett joins the Bristol consultancy from Barton Willmore and will help senior colleagues work with house builders, regeneration specialists and strategic land promoters.

Director James Stacey told Planning: “Our expansion is on the back of residential work from strategic land providers and house builders.

“Affordable housing is our specialism but we are seeing growth across the board. These are happy times for the practice".
