St Modwen appoints two planners

Developer St. Modwen has made two appointments, bolstering its planning team in the Midlands and North.

The firm has appointed Matthew Stafford as senior planning manager and Rebecca Palmer as planning manager.

Stafford joins St. Modwen from developer Peel Land & Property Group.

Palmer joins from Jaguar Land Rover, where she was a senior town planner.
