SLR Consulting appoints urban planning expert

Environmental practice SLR Consulting has appointed Jonathan Reynolds as technical director for urban design and masterplanning. 

Before joining SLR he worked for planning consultancy RPS as a technical director. Reynolds has an MA in urban design, a diploma in environmental planning and a first-class degree in urban planning and management.

He has been involved in planning for both greenfield developments and brownfield regeneration, ranging from small infill sites to major urban extensions and settlements.

Bristol-based Reynolds told Planning: “My aim is to continue to promote residential and mixed-use developments including projects in sensitive locations.

“The expanding team will continue to deliver viable masterplans to provide much-needed homes and places to work.”
