Richborough Estates announces appointments and promotions

Land promoter Richborough Estates has announced a series of new appointments and promotions, including the appointment of a former head of planning at a Midlands council.  

Former head of planning for Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council, James Carpenter, has joined the firm as planning director.

Briony Stenhouse (pictured) and Alanna Mahoney have also joined the firm as assistant land and planning managers for its western and eastern divisions respectively.
