Rapleys appoints Read as partner

Ben Read RappelsProperty consultancy Rapleys has appointed Ben Read as a partner in its national planning team.

Read joins the Bristol office from planning consultancy Hunter Page Planning, where he was an associate planner.

He brings experience in managing and promoting residential and commercial schemes through the planning system.

Rapleys senior partner Robert Clarke said that Read’s appointment would help the firm grow its business both nationally and in the South West.

Read worked at Hunter Page from 2005 to 2013. Prior to that, he completed a master’s degree in town and country planning from the University of West of England.

Pankaj Vara has also joined the firm as an associate in the viability/affordable housing team based in the its London office.
