Land promoter appoints planning director

Birmingham-based land promoter Richborough Estates has appointed Haydn Jones as a planning director.
Haydn (pictured right) joins Richborough from national planning consultancy Pegasus Group, where he was based for more than 10 years working on residential and commercial schemes.
As a director Haydn will lead on planning strategy to determine areas of business focus.
His role will also involve navigating a number of key sites through the planning system.
Joint managing director Karl Parkinson-Witte (pictured left) said: “As the company has grown we have decided to reorganise and widen our geographic reach.”
