Rural practice expands team

A rural planning and surveying consultancy has expanded its planning team. 

Worcestershire-based Carver Knowles has appointed planning consultant Simon Rowles (pictured). He joined from Malvern Hills District Council.

“Having grown up in Herefordshire, Simon has a focused interest in the 'three counties' area,” said managing director Andrew Troughton.

He has worked in the Worcestershire district for the past eight years and during his time at both Herefordshire and Malvern Hills councils dealt with rural planning and agricultural development.

“We are pleased to welcome Simon to the planning team at Strensham with his experience and understanding of planning issues”.
