Andrew WintersgillContinued growth at David Lock Associates has prompted the company to promote two planners to partner level.

The new partners are Andrew Wintersgill (pictured) and Andy Fisher, meanwhile planner Francesca Robinson is promoted to associate and Katie Christou becomes a consultant planner.

Wintersgill told Planning: “Housing projects and large-scale mixed-use schemes are driving growth along with smaller local and regional projects.

“Economic recovery helps, as does the convincing result of the general election which gives more certainty. The National planning Policy Framework (NPPF) has also helped.”

David lock Associate also promoted urban designers Steve Haines and Matthew Lappin to partner level at the company which is based in Milton Keynes.
