Employee ownership and attributes

We are employee-owned which means we do not have external shareholders.

All of our people have a stake in our success. This drives our culture and our competitive advantage.

Co-ownership gives us an ‘attributes advantage’.

Attributes

We:

  • invest in what we own.
  • take pride in ownership.
  • protect and enhance.
  • make ownership decisions wisely.

Training and development opportunities

We offer industry leading training and development which is tailored to each co-owner through regular line management conversations.

We are committed to developing all our co-owners and helping each person to realise their full potential with the company.

Flexible working

We recognise that work and life do not exist in silos.  We have the freedom to strike the right balance in meeting client expectations and achieving an effective work/life balance. This applies to all our co-owners.

We offer freedoms around how, when and where we work. We support our co-owners in working in the way that allows them to be most effective and to flourish.

“At Turley, I am free to work at my own pace and work with many different levels of the business. Coupled with Freedom to Flourish initiatives, I feel this is a great working environment and allows for today’s hectic, sometimes difficult lives, ensuring a great work/life balance.” (Turley co-owner)

Giving something back

We are committed to ‘giving something back’. This is at the heart of how we do business. You can read about our achievements last year and the great activities we are undertaking this year here.

Be yourself

We create an inclusive environment and believe that people perform better when they can be themselves.

We are a Diversity Champion with Stonewall and our inclusion and diversity group ‘Embrace’ is working to shape our approach in this area and focus on matters which are most important to co-owners.
