Pegasus Group Liverpool staffNeil Culkin has been appointed as director of the new Liverpool office of planning consultancy Pegasus Group.

Chartered planner Culkin moves from his current role as partner and head of planning (north) at the firm.

He will be joined by Amy Rainsford, who joins as a planner from property consultancy Matthews and Goodman.

Before joining Pegasus in 2012, Culkin was head of planning (North West) for property consultancy Strutt & Parker.

Prior to that, he worked in development control and planning policy roles for local authorities in Wirral, Durham and Bradford.
