Kitewood hires new planning manager

Sara SweeneyCity-based property development and investment company Kitewood has appointed a planning manager to promote land and drive through planning consents.

Sara Sweeney (pictured) is chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) and was formerly a strategic planner at Persimmon Homes. 

“I will be responsible for identifying and promoting strategic land sites and delivering planning consents,” she said. 

Kitewood specialises in promoting and delivering projects ranging from traditional housing and inner-city urban developments to business parks and care homes. 

The team of planning, property and construction professionals is led by founding chairman John Faith and chief executive Philip Van Reyk.
