Hall joins environmental impact team at Bidwells

Lisa Hall, BidwellsChartered planner Lisa Hall has joined the planning environmental impact assessment team of consultancy Bidwells.

Hall joins the practice’s Cambridge office from multidisciplinary consultancy Waterman Group where she managed a team preparing environmental impact assessments (EIAs) for large-scale urban regeneration projects.

Mike Derbyshire, head of planning at Bidwells, said: "There is a huge benefit in having planners as EIA coordinators since they are often central in project coordination and can add value in identifying political and planning sensitivities.”

Hall has also worked as a senior consultant at planning consultancy Quod and a planner at engineering consultancy Atkins.

She has a master of the arts degree in urban and regional planning from Westminster University and a MSc in environmental management from the University of Nottingham.

The appointment brings the Bidwells' planning headcount to 46.
