GVA promotes Morton at Newcastle office

Property consultancy GVA has promoted Neil Morton to senior director in its Newcastle planning development & regeneration (PDR) team.

According to the firm, Neil joined GVA in 2013 and has overseen the growth of the PDR team in Newcastle.

GVA said that the team is currently working projects including the regeneration of Pilgrim Street in Newcastle, a new settlement in North Yorkshire, an urban extension at Killingworth Moor in North Tyneside, Wynyard Park in Hartlepool/Stockton and a proposal for a new community in South Tyneside.

Morton said: “I am delighted to be made a senior director which will provide our clients with a senior-most level of resource across their projects.  

"I am hugely looking forward to continuing the growth which the team has enjoyed over recent years and the success which it has brought to our clients and their projects”.
