Consultancy Indigo Planning has expanded its London team by recruiting two new planners.

Alice Eggeling (pictured) joins as an associate from architectural practice BDP. She has a degree in archaeology and an MA in planning policy and practice.

Matthew Golisti also joins as a planner from the London Borough of Newham. He has an MSc in international planning.

Managing director Phil Villars told Planning: “Both these new recruits have extensive public-sector experience, understanding first-hand the challenges local authorities are under.”

Earlier this year Nissa Shahid joined Indigo's Wimbledon office as an assistant planner.
