Duncan Gregory Anwyl LandNorth Wales property firm Anwyl has appointed chartered planner Duncan Gregory to jointly lead a newly-created land division.

Gregory joins from Gladman Developments, where he was land and planning director.

Along with managing director Phil Dolan, he will work with landowners across the UK to identify development sites.

Prior to joining Gladman Developments, Gregory worked as a planner at property consultancies Colliers International and CBRE.

He has a master’s degree in civic design from the University of Liverpool along with a bachelor’s in geography from the University of Dundee.

Anwyl’s new land division will also help the group develop new projects in the private rented sector.

The firm's first student accommodation scheme, a 566-bed project in Liverpool’s Norton Street, recently received consent, while a planning application has now been lodged for a 340-apartment PRS scheme in the city’s Pall Mall.
