Helen Boston at George F. WhiteProperty consultancy George F. White has expanded by recruiting planning consultant Helen Boston.

Boston joins the firm from Ryedale District Council where she spent the last two years as a planning officer.

She will provide advice to residential and commercial clients from the firm’s Bedale office and was recruited due to her experience in enforcement matters.

Richard Garland, head of planning and development at George F. White, said: “Helen’s ability to clearly advise our range of private, corporate and institutional clients about developments of all scales was a key reason for her recruitment.”

Boston has also worked for Hambledon District Council, in planning enforcement, after starting her career at the Lake District National Park as a graduate planner.

She has a diploma in town planning, a certificate in planning practice and bachelor’s degree in town planning from Newcastle University.
