Fowler moves to P4 Planning

Planning consultancy P4 Planning has appointed Charlotte Fowler as an associate.

Fowler joins the Manchester-based firm from Indigo Planning, where she was a senior planner.

During almost nine years at Indigo, she worked on projects including a business park in Shrewsbury, a residential care home in the green belt for charity Care UK and a portfolio of projects for Royal Mail.

Fowler’s appointment takes the P4 team to three.

P4 Planning was established by Bill Davidson in 2013 following his departure from Indigo Planning, where he set up and led the Manchester office for nearly 15 years.

He said the appointment had been made in response to growing client demand.
