Hannah WinwoodPlanning consultant Edgars has expanded its team by taking on three planners to help it tackle a jump in workloads.

Raymond Cole joined from Oxfordshire County Council as an associate planner, Hannah Winwood (pictured) joined as a planner after graduating in planning from Sheffield University and Alex Edge joins as a planner after graduating with a first-class honours in planning from Cardiff University.

Planning director Jayne Norris told Planning: “We are seeing more demand from residential, education and commercial sectors and want to expand over the next three to five years.”

Edgars moved last week from a 700 square foot office in Eynsham, Oxfordshire, to a new 4,000 square foot base five miles away in Witney.

“Our work covers a range of clients in the UK but centres on Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire and Buckinghamshire,” said Norris.
