Deloitte promotions target north-west growth

Wray (left) and FeekinsProperty firm Deloitte Real Estate has strengthened its north-west planning team by promoting Laura Feekins (right) and Katie Wray (left) to assistant director posts.

Feekins joined Deloitte Real Estate in 2010 and has since secured planning permission for public and private sector clients on a series of high profile city centre developments. 

Wray, a heritage and conservation specialist, joined Deloitte in 2015 from the Co-operative Group. She also sits as the Royal Town Planning Institute's North-West chair.

Partner John Cooper said: “Laura and Katie are both immensely talented and have added considerable expertise since joining Deloitte Real Estate."

Deloitte Real Estate has also promoted Andy Cowan, Maria White and Ellen Sanderson to planner grade, while graduates Frances Hampson, Hannah McLaughlin and Amy Kennedy have joined the team to assist on projects across the region..

The practice now has 19 planners at its Manchester office.
