Consultancy recruits director to spearhead renewables drive

Planning and design consultancy Barton Willmore has appointed a new planning director in Scotland to help spearhead a drive into the renewables sector.

Colin Lavety is based in Edinburgh and joined from TNEI Services in Glasgow. He has 13 years' experience across development north of the border from the private and public sector. 

“Colin will lead our planning team offering expertise in all sectors to our expanding list of clients while supporting our growth in the renewables sector," Edinburgh partner Stephen Tucker told Planning.
