A consultancy that has seen workloads jump has recruited a new senior planner.

Savills Bristol has appointed Chloë Clark as senior planner after recruiting her from Hunter Page Planning in Cheltenham.

She has worked on residential and commercial development projects, urban regeneration and rural conversion schemes for housebuilders, developers and private landowners.

Director and head of Bristol planning Craig O’Brien told Planning: “It is an incredibly busy time for us with planning issues remaining high on the political agenda.”

Savills is currently advising on a number of big urban extensions including Ashton Park, Bristol, and the team has worked on other high-profile applications such a new bay campus for Swansea University.
