Cheffins appoints new planner

Cambridgeshire-based consultancy Cheffins has appointed a new planner.

According to the firm, Claire Shannon will be work on a range of residential, commercial and rural projects.

She joins from ID Planning in Leeds and previously, Rick Finc Associates in Edinburgh.

Shannon said: “In my previous role I concentrated on five-year housing supply, both small and large-scale residential projects, strategic land release and several major retail schemes and I am pleased to be able to bring this experience with me”.
